What started out as a 2 unit, quick, 4-month rental extended into over a year and a half. However, the location was great, the facility was very secure and clean, and the customer service was consistently friendly and great. The online payment feature was quick and easy to navigate. Access in and out of the facility was easy, and we (and the movers) really appreciated having plenty of the large metal carts available to help move items in and out. -Wade W.
Extremely Friendly & Courteous staff. Very clean facility. Highly recommended!! -Phileshia J.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Clean storage and great prices. Definitely will be using them again if I ever need storage. Thank you!!! -E. S.
Right Fit Storage is an awesome facility. Their units are clean, very large, and affordable, with no hassle in making your monthly payments. I have been with them since they opened in Durham. I love the room’s convenience and security. You can always feel safe and secure whether you are there or not there. Your items are always under climate control, clean, and pest control free. -Earline L.
The best storage facility I have used! Great friendly staff, clean well maintained facility, great hours of operation. -Steven M.
They had just the size of space I needed inside a clean, new building that is well-lit and air-conditioned. They offer a promo deal to move in, including a free truck to use to bring your stuff. Large area for unloading outside sliding glass doors with large flat floor dollies to load everything on and take inside. Highly recommend. -Christine C.
