Heating and cooling refer to our facilities’ air systems. These systems control the temperature range, which takes the edge off as humidity levels flex throughout the year. By controlling the range, we can limit the effects of those highs and lows. Additionally, this feature creates a more comfortable experience for our customers moving in.
Are heated and cooled units a necessity?
During the hot and humid summer months, it is incredibly beneficial to use heated and cooled units. Our system offsets the effects of the climbing temperatures, limiting the harmful effects and simultaneously creating a comfortable move-in experience. It is also necessary when the winter temperatures fall low, and we can prevent those effects.
