Right Fit Storage, an experienced Virginia storage operator and developer, is expanding to North Carolina, with several facilities already in various stages of planning and development.
We have a great team of friendly and helpful people that will train and mentor you. We offer competitive base pay as well as benefits that include a 401k, group medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid vacation, and bonus program.
The ideal candidate must be outgoing and friendly, with excellent verbal communication skills in order to provide outstanding customer service and rent storage spaces. Ability to perform light maintenance, including but not limited to removing debris from storage units and trucks, picking up trash on the property and general facility housekeeping. Work schedule varies, including weekends. Prior marketing, sales, property management, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus.
