Thanksgiving gives us good food, great family, and fantastic memories. For many who can’t afford to provide a meal for their families on Thanksgiving, this can be a difficult holiday. The Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center partners with the Durham County Department of Social Services to provide a full Thanksgiving dinner for these families to make for a more comfortable holiday every year. Last year over 1,700 children and adults benefited from this program, and there will be many more this year.
Right Fit Storage is proud to announce that we will be one of the sponsors for this Thanksgiving Dinners Program. They still have sponsorships open for anyone that can contribute. Financial and provide-a-meal sponsorships are available. Within a provide-a-meal sponsorship, sponsors will pick up cooked meals from grocery stores, restaurants, and other accredited kitchens to deliver to the family match you with.
